2018 Salsa/Guacamole Contest

Laura’s work group celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a salsa and guacamole contest.
There were lots of entries, lots of variety, and all of them tasted great! She decided to enter a mango salsa “Mango Fandango” as well as a batch of guacamole using Uncle Buddy’s recipe - it’s got BACON! “Guac On The Wild Side”.
