2018 Salsa/Guacamole Contest
Laura’s work group celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a salsa and guacamole contest.
There were lots of entries, lots of variety, and all of them tasted great! She decided to enter a mango salsa “Mango Fandango” as well as a batch of guacamole using Uncle Buddy’s recipe - it’s got BACON! “Guac On The Wild Side”.
She was edged out on the guacamole side, but picked up second place for the salsa.
We also enjoyed both on salmon tacos! (W\ Cabbage)
